Michael Kline has a long history in the development of Laguna Shores, as well as other real estate projects that have been owned and managed by John Thomsen. Michael's real state experience dates back to a very young age when his father was Credit Manager for the Queen Creek Land & Cattle Co.

His career evolved into the marketing of resort properties, which includes developments in Lake Tahoe, Nevada, British Columbia and Mexico. Michael took a brief period of time away from real estate to form a successful medical supply company, that he owned and operated for six years. He was then approached, and later offered, the opportunity to become Project Director for Laguna Shores.

Since his involvement began in 1999, he has taken on many facets of the operation including marketing, planning, human resources, management and the fulfillment of business with the various state and federal authorities. He spends a majority of his time in Puerto Peñasco, overseeing the progress of the Laguna Shores development.
